The corridors are poorly lit, some areas are dark, and the bathroom is cramped with an ineffective shower that drenches the floor. The fridge doesn't cool properly, and there's inadequate breakfast variety with cold service.

The location was excellent, just a short walk to the city center and convenient for public transport. The rooftop bar offered lovely views, and the staff were genuinely hospitable, making us feel welcomed.
